摘    要:<正> 现已知动物和人的胸腺和胸腺素水平均随年龄发生变化,这种变化可以影响免疫功能。人工提取的小牛胸腺素对免疫重建有重要意义。多数情况是给免疫缺陷的动物或人注射胸腺素以观察疗效。但是,胸腺素对正常状态下不同年龄动物的免疫功能有何影响,有关这方面的报告在国内外尚不多见。本实验以猪胸腺素作为外源性胸腺素,观察其对某些年龄组小鼠免疫功能的影响。指标为淋巴细胞转化试验(~3H胸腺嘧啶掺入法)和特异性抗体测定(间接血凝法)。目的在于探讨衰老与免疫的关系,并试图将外源性胸腺素的应用作为免疫工程学的手段之一来改善和延缓衰老。


THE EFFECT OF PORCINE THYMOSIN ON IMMUNE FUNCTION OF MICE IN CERTAIN AGES GROUPS
Abstract:In the present paper, experimental data showed that antibody titer in 14- month-old mice was lower than that of the other age groups, and there was no significant difference between antibody liter in 6& 2-month-old mice. After administralion of thymosin, the antibody liter was risen in 14-month -old mice, but declined in 2-month-old mice and no significant changes in 6-month-old mice. The spleen lymphocyte transformalion was declined in 14-month-old rnice, as compared with the other two groups of mice. After injection with thymosin, spontenous lymphocyte transformation in 14-month -old mice was risen, and the spontenous lymphocyte tranformation and the transformation stimulated by PHA were slightly risen in 2-month-old group, but no changes in 6-month-old mice. It was interesting that the lymphocyte transformation stimulated by PHA was lower in 14-month-old and 2-month-old mice immunized with diphtheria toxoid, but no changes in 6-month-old mice.From the above mentioned results, it has been suggested that exogenous thymosin may act as immuneregulator.
