子痫前期孕妇血清中VEGF表达的临床研究

目的:检测孕晚期正常妊娠及子痫前期孕妇血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平,探讨VEGF与妊高征发病的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测28例孕晚期健康孕妇(对照组)及35例子痫前期患者(子痫前期组)血清VEGF水平。结果:子痫前期组VEGF为(331·78±92·46)pg/ml,显著低于正常妊娠晚孕期水平(P<0·01)。随子痫前期病情加重,VEGF水平呈下降趋势(P<0·01)。结论:孕妇血清中VEGF的下降与子痫前期发病及病情进展有关。

Clinical study on the expression of VEGF in serum of preeclampsia pregnancies

Objective:Detect the serum levels of vescular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) of the normal pregnancies and the PE pregnanciesin third trimester,in order to investigate the relationship between VEGF and pathogenesis of PE.Methods:Serum samples were collected from 28 healthy pregnant women(control group) in third trimester and 35 PE pregnancies.VEGF levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The serum levels of VEGF of PE group were (331.78±92.46)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).There was a significant trend that serum levels of VEGF in PE group decreased with the severity of PE(P<0.01).Conclusion:The decline of serum levels of VEGF of pregnancies correlates with the pathogenesis and severity of PE.
