| 摘 要： | 目的：对市售不同品牌的银杏叶片进行质量考查，制订科学合理统一的质量标准，方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ测定了１１个制药公司的１５批银杏叶片的黄酮含量，结果：各制药公司生产的银杏叶片黄酮含量差异较大，且主要峰之间的比例亦有差异，结论；建议进一步考察工艺，制订统一的质量标准以保证银杏叶片质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To comparative the quality of tablets of Ginkgo biloba on market.METHODS:The flavonoids were analysed in 15 batches of the tablets produced by 11 manufactures using RP-HPLC.RESULTS:These batches of tablets differ greatly in the flavonoids and the ratio of three main peaks.CONCLUSION:The experiment provided the data and method for improving the technique of preparation and quality of the tablets. |
