摘    要:本文报告 2 0例脑干腔隙性脑梗死的磁共振成像。病变在T1加权上为低信号、低等信号和等信号 ,在T2 加权上为高信号 ,随着病程的发展 ,T1和T2 的延长愈明显。文中讨论了脑干腔隙性梗死的病理机制、磁共振的信号特点与其他脑干疾病的鉴别 ,以及MRI对脑干腔隙性梗死的诊断价值。

Abstract:MRI manifestation of 20 patients with brain stem lacunar incunar were reported. In this series, lacunar fori had hypointensity, hypo-isointensity and isointensity on T 1 and hyperintensity on T 2 weighted image. With the development of lesions, T 1 and T 2 prolongation was more obvious nad lesions appeared as well-circumscribed focal areas o T 1 and T 2 weighted image, mechanisms of brain stem infarction pathologically, its MRI signal features and differentiation from other lesions of brain stem and significance of MRI for detection of brain stem lacunar infarction were discussed.
