铬天青S分光光度法测定饮用水中的铝

摘    要:目的讨论分光光度法测定铝的特点。方法采用铬天青S作显色剂,抗坏血酸、盐酸羟胺作掩蔽剂,选用乙酸一乙酸钠缓冲体系,用722N型分光光度计比色测定。结果对30份不同水样在不同时间重复测定7次,精密度和准确度良好。结论该方法操作简便,稳定性好,灵敏度、精密度和准确度均达到定量分析的要求。

Determining of aluminum in drinking water with chromazurine spectrophotometer method

Abstract:Objective Discussing characteristic of spectrophotometer that be used determining aluminium. Methods Chromazurine used as developer, ascorbic acid, hydroxylamine hydrochloride used as masking reagent,.acetic acid-sodium acetate being cushion system, using 722N spectrophotometer to colorimetric determination. Results 30 samples were determined for 7 times at different time, the precision and the degree of accuracy were very well. Conclusion This method is simple, stable, sensitivity, precision and degree of accuracy and meet with the request of quantitative analysis.
