98例上消化道出血病例的临床与流行病学特征

目的探讨上消化道出血的临床及流行病学特征。方法回顾性调查分析2010年3月至2013年3月住院的98例上消化道出血的相关特征。结果老年组上消化道出血以有心脑血管基础疾病史者服用非甾体类消炎药（80．77％）为主要诱因，胃溃疡（44．23％）、上消化道肿瘤（25．00％）为主要病因，黑便（59．26％）为主要症状；中青年组均以饮酒为主要诱因（76．09％），十二指肠溃疡（32．61％）、急性糜烂性胃炎（21．74％）、食管静脉曲张（19．57％）为主要病因，呕血为主要症状。中青年组日常工作和生活压力显著高于老年组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论不同年龄组上消化道出血患者在诱因、临床表现、出血原因及发病危险因素等方面均有不同的临床和流行病学特征。

Analysis on clinical and epidemiological features of 98 upper gastrointestinal bleeding cases

Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological features of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A retrospective clinical analysis for 98 adult inpatients diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from March 2010 to March 2013 was performed. Results Intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was the main incentive （80. 77%） in the elderly cases, and cerebro-vascular disease, gastric ulcer （44. 23%）, upper gastrointestinal tumors （25%） were the main causes,dark stool （59.26%） was the main symptom. Drinking was the main incentive （76. 09%） in youth groups, duodenal ulcer （ 32. 61%）, acute erosive gastritis （ 21.74%）, esophageal varices （ 19. 57%） were the major causes, vomiting was the main symptom. Daily work and life stress in the youth group were significantly higher than those in the elderly group （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Different clinical and epidemiological characteristics existed in incentives, clinical manifestations, causes and risk factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients in different age groups.
