摘    要:目的 探讨基于Simplant软件三维重建对牙种植患者骨移植材料的定量评估.方法 对9例牙种植修复Ⅰ期手术同期完成引导骨再生术的患者,在术后1周、3个月、6个月分别进行种植区螺旋CT扫描,对螺旋CT图像进行三维重建和数据分析,通过测量计算骨移植材料Bio-Oss在植入人体后不同时期的体积,以术后1周剩余体积为基线体积,计算其在术后3个月、6个月的剩余量,剩余量=复诊时剩余体积/基线体积×100%.结果 通过测量、计算,得出Bio-Oss在术后3个月的剩余量为(52.49 ±7.03)%,术后6个月的剩余量为(30.00±8.35)%.结论 三维重建评估发现牙种植修复引导骨再生术中所植入的骨移植材料Bio-Oss随时间延长有明显的吸收.

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to measure the absorbed quantity of material of bone graft ( Bio- Oss) by using the spiral CT scanning and measuring the variety of the volume of Bio-Oss. Methods Nine patients were preformed stage I surgery of dental implants and guided bone regeneration-membrane technique (GBR) simultaneously. These patients were scanned by spiral CT at the end of 1 -week, 3-month and 6-month after the operation day respectively. The measurements of the varied volume of Bio-Oss based on CT 3-D reconstruction with three times CT scanning were conducted. Finally the remains quantity of Bio-Oss in the patients' jaw bone was found. Results The results suggested that the remains quantity of Bio-Oss was 52.49% ±7.03% at the end of 3-month after the operative day and 30.00% ±8.35 % at the end of 6-month. Conclusion It is concluded that there is a decrease in the remains quantity of Bio-Oss in GBR along with the increase of time. Bone formation can be assessed in all three dimensions showing a high grade of resorption.
