摘    要:目的探讨交感神经对拔牙窝骨愈合中新骨形成与改建过程的调节作用。方法SD大鼠50只,利用颈上神经节切除术建立单侧失交感神经支配大鼠模型,按术后5个时间点(1,3,7,14,21d)分为5组(n=10),并通过H—E染色技术检测术后各时间点拔牙窝的新生骨量以及新骨组成。结果颈上神经节切除术可促进拔牙窝新骨形成,实验组新骨形成明显高于对照组;且颈上神经节切除术亦可促进新骨改建与成熟,实验组编织骨及板层骨在多个时间点大于对照组。结论交感神经在拔牙窝骨愈合期间具有重要的调节作用,失交感神经支配可以促进拔牙窝新骨的形成与骨改建。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the regular role of sympathetic nerve on bone formation and remodeling during the period of extraction socket healing. Methods Sympathetic denervation model was established by modified unilateral superior cervical ganglionectomy (SCGx) in Sprague-Dawley rats. The neonatal bone mass and composition of new bone in the extraction socket were evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin staining at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after surgery. Result Compared with the control group, the new bone formation (at 3, 7 and 14 days), woven bone mass (at 3 days) and lamellar bone formation (at 7, 14 and 21 days) was significantly higher in the SCGx group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion Sympathetic nerve plays an important regular role in the period of extraction socket healing, and sympathetic denervation promotes the new bone formation and bone remodeling.
