摘    要:目的探讨膀胱功能的康抚按摩在子宫切除术中的应用。方法选取我院2013年1-2013年6月收治的30例子宫广泛切除术患者,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组采用期待疗法,观察组采用膀胱功能的康抚按摩,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的尿潴留发生率显著少于对照组,膀胱功能恢复时间、排气时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,舒适度和满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论康抚按摩能有效促进患者术后自主排尿功能的恢复,减少尿潴留的发生,促进患者术后康复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of Kang Fu massage of bladder function in hysterectomy. Methods A total of 30 cases of hysterectomy patients in our hospital from 2013 January to June were divided into the observation group and the control group ac- cording to different nursing methods, the control group was given expectant treatment, the observation group was given bladder function reha- bilitation massage, and nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the bladder function recovery time, exhaust time, hospitalization time were signifi- cantly shorter than those in the control group, the degrees of comfort and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusions Kang Fu massage can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of automatic micturition function, reduce the incidence of urinary retention, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
