浅谈小儿静脉输液药液外渗的预防与护理干预

目的探讨小儿静脉输液药液外渗的干预策略。方法分析小儿静脉输液药液外渗原因、预防、治疗和护理干预。结果小儿静脉输液药液外渗的发生受很多因素影响，如小儿自身因素、药物因素、血管的解剖位置等，此外护理人员的技能、穿刺技术、血管的选择等也非常重要。结论小儿静脉输液药液外渗是儿科临床护理工作中经常遇到的护理问题，采取有效的预防措施、治疗与护理具有非常重要的意义。

Discussion on prevention and nursing intervention of pediatric intravenous transfu-sion extravasation

Objective To investigate the intervention strategies of pediatric intravenous transfusion extravasation. Methods The reasons, prevention, treatment and nursing of pediatric intravenous transfusion extravasation were analyze. ReSults The occurrence of ex- travasation was influenced by many factors such as children＇ body condition, drug and vascular anatomical position etc. In addition, skills of nurses, puncture technology and selection of blood vessels were also very important. Conclusions The pediatric intravenous transfusion ex- travasation is the common problem which is often met in pediatric clinical nursing work and it has very important significance to take effective precautionary measures, treatment and nursing.
