| 摘 要： | 在医务志愿服务工作中,应用项目管理理论和方法指导志愿服务项目的 开展,能够实现志愿服务工作的细化、设计、执行和评估.项目管理知识体系（project management body of knowledge,PMBOK）在医务志愿服务过程中的应用,总体上可分为项目计划编制、组织协调实施、过程跟踪控制、效果评价运用等4个步骤.实施有效的项目管理,可以提升医务志愿服务的吸引力,推动医务志愿服务事业的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Applying the project management（PM）methods in medical volunteer services can achieve the refine-ment,design,execution and assessment.PMBOK is generally a time process model,including planning,imple-mentation,process control and evaluation.The implementation of effective PM can enhance the attractiveness of medical volunteer services,and promote the sustainable development. |
