| 摘 要： | 目的比较预设型动脉采血器与一次性注射器抽取动脉血行气体分析结果差异。方法X拯4位桡动脉置管患者由同一护士在同一时间从桡动脉置管中分别用BD预设型动脉采血器和肝素化后的2mL一次性注射器采血1．6mL，立即在床旁血气分析仪上进行血气分析监测，比较两种注射器采集的动脉血标本PaO2及PaCO2的差异。结果PaO2检测，差异无统计学意义；PaCO2检测，统计分析结果差异有统计学意义，但它们的差异仅1mmHg左右，在临床上是没有意义。结论预设型动脉采血器与一次性注射器气体分压检测结果临床上并无差异，值得临床应用推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the preset artery blood collector and disposable syringe on hemospasia arterial blood gas analysis. Method 24 radial artery catheter patients were drew blood by the same nurse with BD preset artery blood collector and 2mL disposable syringe after heparinization, 1.6mL blood each time. The blood was tested by bedside blood gas analyzer immediately. PaO2 and PaCO2 in different blood were compared. Results The difference of PaO2 was not statistically significant. The difference of PaO2 was statistically significant. But there was only lmmHg difference which means no clinical significance. Conclusion There was no difference on preset artery blood collector and disposable syringe. Preset artery blood collector is worthy of clinical application. |
