人性化护理在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠中的应用

目的探讨人性化护理在子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠中的应用。方法将70例采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用人性化护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果麻醉前观察组的心率、收缩压、SAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组术后的并发症显著少于对照组，VAS评分显著低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理有利于提高子宫动脉栓塞术治疗瘢痕子宫患者的围术期舒适度，减少并发症。

The application effect of humanistic nursing in uterine artery embolization of the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing in in uterine artery embolization of the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 70 uterine artery patients with uterine artery embolization were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given humanistic nursing based on the control group, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate, systol- ic blood pressure, SAS score before anesthesia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The inci- dence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Humanistic nursing can improve comfort of uterine artery patients with uterine artery embolization operation, reduce complications.
