循证护理对治疗性血浆置换患者过敏反应的影响

目的探讨循证护理在治疗性血浆置换患者中的应用效果。方法将我院进行治疗性血浆置换的70例患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组在过敏反应、枸橼酸钠反应、凝血等急性并发症的发生率方面显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组在相关症状和体征、血管通路的保护、日常生活能力等生活质量方面的评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理是护理更有针对性，能够显著减少血浆置换的并发症，提高患者的生活质量。

The effect of evidence - based nursing on allergic reaction of the therapeutic plasma exchange patients

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence - based nursing in patients with therapeutic plasma. Methods Totaled of 70 patients with therapeutic plasma exchange in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group with the different nursing methods, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given evidence -based nursing, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Acute complications of allergic reaction, sodium citrate, coagulation reaction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Life quality score in associated symptoms and signs, the protection of vascular access, the ability of daily life and other aspects in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 O. 05） . Conclu- sions Evidence -based nursing makes nursing more targeted; it can significantly reduce the plasma exchange complications, improve pa- tient life quality.
