火绒草化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 对中药火绒草[Leontopodium leontopodioid (Wild.)Beauv.]进行化学成分研究。方法 应用硅胶柱色谱、薄层制备色谱、葡聚糖凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果 从火绒草中分离得到5个已知化合物,分别为芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、阿魏酸(4)以及香草酸(5)。结论 化合物1、2为首次从火绒草属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of Leontopodium leontopodioid (Wild.)Beauv. Methods The constituents were isolated on silica gel column chromatography, preparative TLC and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and were identified by physicochemical properties. Their sturctures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2),β-sitosterol (3), feruli acid (4) , and vanillic acid (5) . Conclusions Compounds 1,2 were isolated from Leontopodium for the first time.
