摘 要: | 探讨血小板活化因子(PAF)所致心肌缺血与钙离子积聚以及脂质过氧化的关系。方法大鼠经腹腔注入PAF,20min后处死,测定其红细胞膜钠、钙泵活性、CAT酶活性以及LPO含量;同时测定银杏内酯B拮抗PAF后对膜钠、钙泵、CAT酶活性以及LPO含量的影响。结果大鼠经注入PAF后心肌形成缺血,红细胞膜钠泵活性降低;钙泵、CAT酶活性以及LPO含量均升高。经银杏内酯B拮抗PAF后,除钠泵未有改善外,钙泵、CAT酶活性以及LPO含量均恢复或接近正常水平。结论PAF所致心肌缺血可能与自由基产生以及钙受体有关。

Relationship Between Platelet Activating Factor Induced Myocardial Ischemia,Ion Transport
and Lipid Peroxidation |

Abstract: | Purpose To investigate
the relationship between PAF induced myocardial ischemia,calcium ion aggregate and lipid
peroxidation. Methods Rats were injected with PAF via the abdominal cavity and were
executed after 20 min.The activities of erythrocyte membrane sodium pump,calcium pump and
CAT were determined with the aid of ammonium molybdate method and dynamic method
respectively,and the content of LPO was assayed through the use of spectrophotometry of
thiobarbituric acid. Results We found that the myocardial ischemia of rat was induced by
injection of PAF,the activities of erythrocyte membrane sodium pump was decreased.The
activities of calcium pump and CAT increased and the content of LPO increased.The results
from the use of the ginkgolide B to antagonise the PAF showed that the activities of calcium
pump and CAT,and the content of LPO returned to normal. Conclusions The PAF induced
myocardial ischemia may be related to the production of free radical and calcium receptor. |
