| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨分层次小组制管理在ICU护理工作中的建立与应用。[方法]将全科护士按年资梯度分成7个小组,相同年资水平的在一组,每个组由5～7名护士组成,每组随机抽出1位合成一个班,每个班均由不同年资的护士组成。[结果]体现层级管理,促进护士工作能动性,提高护理质量。[结论]设置分层次小组制护理管理工作,提高护士专业业务水平,保证了ICU护理工作质量,
