肝素治疗伴有血浆纤维蛋白原异常的紫癜性肾炎临床观察

目的探讨肝素治疗伴有血浆纤维蛋白原异常的紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）的临床效果。方法将66例伴有血浆纤维蛋白原异常的紫癜性肾炎患儿分为肝素组和对照组,随访3个月观察并记录其治疗后尿蛋白转阴的时间。结果肝素治疗组患儿在起病1个月内尿蛋白转阴者为15例;对照组患儿在1个月内尿蛋白转阴者为5例;肝素治疗组患儿在起病1~3个月内尿蛋白转阴者为12例;对照组患儿在1~3个月内尿蛋白转阴者为6例。结论一定疗程肝素的使用能有效地缩短伴有血浆纤维蛋白原异常的紫癜性肾炎患儿尿蛋白转阴的时间。

A clinical observation of the use of heparin in Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) patients with fibrinogen abnormality

Objective To evaluate of therapeutic efficiency of heparin in Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN） patients with fibrinogen abnormality.Methods 66 patients were first divided into 2 groups,then the time of the elimination of urine protein after the therapy were recorded.Results The urine protein of 15 patients in heparin group eliminate within 1 month;The urine protein of 5 patients in contrast group eliminate within 1 month;The urine protein of 12 patients in heparin group eliminate between 1 and 3 month;The urine protein of 6 patients in contrast group eliminate within 1 and 3 month.Conclusion The use of heparin in Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN） patients with fibrinogen abnormality can shorten the time of the elimination of urine protein.
