半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效观察

目的　观察半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效，探索治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡的有效方法。方法　90例轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分实验1组30例，采用半导体激光治疗，1次/d，应用5 d；实验2组30例，采用半导体激光（1次/d）和西瓜霜喷剂（3次/d）治疗，应用5 d；对照组30例，仅给予西瓜霜喷剂治疗，3次/d，应用5 d。结果　实验组2个体疗效明显优于实验组1和对照组，比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；总体疗效方面，实验组均优于对照组。结论　半导体激光治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡效果好，值得临床推广。
