腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场MRI诊断

目的探讨低场MRI对腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的诊断价值。方法对60例腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果 60例患者共累及终板136个,按Modic分型,Ⅰ型77个（56.6%）;Ⅱ型45个（33.1%）;Ⅲ型14个（10.3%）。多发累及49例（81.7%）;单发11例（18.3%）。好发于下腰段,累及双侧终板多见。结论低场MRI能准确显示腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的部位、范围及各期信号特点,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供了有力依据。

Low-filed MM diagnosis of end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration

Objective To study the value of low-filed MRI diagnosis of end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration.Methods Low-filed MRI features of 60 cases suffered from end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sixty end-plate with osteochondritis were into 3 type according to Modic classification,77（56.6%） were Modic typeⅠ,45（33.1%） were Modic typeⅡ,14（10.3%） were Modic typeⅢ.There were 49 cases（81.7%） suffered from multiple end-plate osteochondritis and 11（18.3%） suffered from single end-plate osteochondritis.End-plate osteochondritis was often located at inferior segment of lumbar spine,the twin side of end-plate affected were the most common.Conclusion The low-field MRI can accurately demonstrate the location,extent and abnormal signal intensities of different phases of end-plate osteochondritis,which was foundations in the treatment planning for lumbar disc degeneration.
