腹部手术留置尿管时间的选择

Time chosen for catheterization on abdominal operation patients

Objective To probe into the optimal time of indwelling catheter during perioperative period on abdominal operation.Methods Eighty patients of general anaesthesia undergoing abdominal operation were enrolled in this study.Indwelling catheter was placed after anesthesia and removing foley before anesthesia reanimation.The patients were observed for the uroschesis and bladder irritation.Results 75 of 80 case can micturate successfully by self-help after 7 days.X2=3.3,P0.05,5case occurred bladder irritation symptoms 1 day after surgery,X2=72.05,P0.01,v =1.2 case occurred bladder irritation symp-toms 3 day after surgery,X2=0.01,P0.05,v =1.1 case occurred bladder irritation symptoms 3 day after surgery,X2=0.01,P0.05.Conclusion To patients of abdominal operation,indwelling catheter after anesthesia and removing foley before anesthesia reanimation don t result in urination difficulties,on the contrary,which can reduce the rate of bladder irritation.
