中空加压螺钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折

目的探讨齿状突骨折的治疗方法、手术适应证、手术技巧。方法对16例外伤性齿状突骨折患者,采用齿状突中空加压螺钉内固定。结果所有患者均随访3~20个月,中空加压螺钉固定的齿状突骨折均满意愈合,所有内固定均无松动变形。结论齿状突中空加压螺钉内固定可作为齿状突骨折的治疗首选,但技术要求比较高,必须在清晰透视下达到骨折解剖复位,才可安全施术。

The treatment of odontoid fracture with hollow compression screw fixation

Objective To explore the surgical indication and surgical techniques in the treatment of odontoid fracture with hollow compression screw fixation.Methods 16 traumatic patients with odontoid fracture were treated with anterior hollow screw fixation.Results The follow-up was ranged from 3 to 20 months.All patients with odontoid fracture using anterior hollow screw acquired bone healing,and no loosening or deformation was found in the internal fixation.Conclusion The technique of anterior fixation with hollow compression screw is a preferred means in the treatment of odontoid fracture but it requires higher skills.It is important to obtain an anatomic reduction under the monitor of X-ray.The meticulous surgical technique along with anatomic reduction will be the key to successful surgery.
