低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗分析（附96例报告）

目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗的可行性。方法对行手术治疗的低位直肠癌的患者资料进行回顾性分析,其中保肛手术68例,行传统Miles手术28例。结果两种方法在术后早期恢复以及远期复发、生存率上比较差异无统计学意义,但保肛术术中创伤、术后并发症较Miles少,且患者生活质量明显高于后者。结论保肛术与Miles术治疗直肠癌疗效均较好,保肛术患者的生活质量高于Miles术患者。

Clinical analysis of anus preservation operation on low position rectal cancer( a report of 96 cases)

Objective To discuss the feasibility about anus preservation operation on low position rectal cancer.Methods Clinical dates of low rectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed,including 68 cases of anus preservation operation,28 cases received Miles operation.Results There was no difference between two methods in the early postoperative recovery and long-term recurrence,survival.But the postoperative complication of anus preservation operation was fewer than Miles,and the quality of life of patients received anus preservation operation was significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion Both anus preservation operation and Miles operation on low position rectal cancer were effective,and the former could improve the living quality of patients remarkably based on radical principle of tumors.
