人工髋关节置换术后脱位的风险因素及护理干预

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的风险因素及开展系统性护理干预的作用。方法将2006年5月~2008年5月84例人工髋关节置换术患者采用骨科常规护理,作为对照组（A组）。将2008年6月~2010年6月105例人工髋关节置换术患者,作为实验组（B组）,开展系统性护理干预。结果 A组发生关节脱位为7例,发生率为8.3%,B组发生关节脱位为2例,发生率1.9%,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开展系统性护理干预可显著降低人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的发生率。

After hip arthroplasty dislocation of the risk factors and nursing intervention

Objective To investigate after hip arthroplasty joint dislocation of the risk factors and launching systematic nursing intervention role.Methods May 2006～May 2008 84 cases of patients with hip arthroplasty using orthopaedic convention nurses and served as A control group（group A）.Will be June 2008～June 2010 105 cases hip arthroplasty patients,for the test group（group B）,conduct systematic nursing intervention.Result The routine care group of group A joint dislocation happened for 7 cases,with an incidence of 8.3%,group B occurred in 2 cases,joint dislocation for incidence 1.9%,both were significant difference statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Conducting systematic nursing intervention can significantly reduce after hip arthroplasty joint dislocation rate.
