中西医结合治疗血精症46例

目的探讨中西医结合对血精症的诊断及治疗。方法对46例血精症患者,采用精液常规检查,B超检查28例,CT检查11例,其它检查7例。46例血精患者全部采用中西医结合治疗。结果本组46例血精症患者,精液常规检查、镜检精液大量红细胞,确诊为血精症。其中：B超检查28例,精囊腺明显肿大23例,诊断为精囊腺炎（82.1%）、CT检查11例,精囊腺肿大8例,诊断为精囊炎;精囊腺血管瘤2例（90.9%）,其它检查7例（15.1%）,诊断精囊炎2例,前列腺炎5例。治愈34例（73.9%）,显效10例（21.7%）,好转2例（4.3%）,总有效率93.4%。结论中医治疗原则当以止血宁络为主,清热泻火、凉血止血、脾肾亏虚、健脾补肾益气,肾阴亏虚火旺,滋阴、清热凉血解毒。瘀血阻滞,血不归经者,活血止血。治疗过程结合辨病论治,辨病与辨症相结合。西医采用抗感染、止血等治疗,临床症状消失,提高了治愈率。

Objective To explore the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of hematospermia.Methods 46 cases of blood in patients with hematospermia using precision liquid wellness checks,＂B＂is super-examination of 28 cases,11cases CT scan,check other seven cases.46 cases of patients with all blood used precisison combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Results The blood of 46 cases of patients with hematospermia,semen wellness checks,a large number of semen examination RBC.Diagnosed as hematospermia,of which：＂B＂is super-examination of 28 cases,23 cases enlarged seminal vesicles clear diagnosis of seminal vesicles（82.1%）.CT in 11 patients,seminal vesicles swollen 8 cases diagnosed as vesiculitis,;seminal vesicles hemangioma 2 cases（90.9%）.Check other 7 cases（15.1%）,the diagnosis two cases,prostatitis 5 cases.Cured 34 cases（73.9%）,were cured 10 cases（21.7%）,good in 2 cases（4.3%）,3cases（6.5%）the total efficiency of 93.4%.Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment principle when stops bleeding ratherwinds primarily,The pure heat goes to the fire,cool blood to stop bleeding,sexual debility of Spleen falsely,is good for the spleen restores virility the benefit spirit,the kidney weakness is prlsperous,reinforce body fluid,the pure and hot and cool blood counteract poison.The extravasated blood jam,the blood does not return through,living the blood to stop bleeding.Cure the process combines the resolution disease theory to cure,distinguishing the disease and disease of resolution to combine together.The doctor adoption anti-infection,stop bleeding etc,treatment,the clinical symptom disappear,raising the cure rate.
