中西医结合治疗癌性肠梗阻44例

目的探讨中药保留灌肠治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法将消化道癌性肠梗阻患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组44例用常规对症治疗加中药保留灌肠,对照组40例采用常规对症治疗,疗程均为2周。结果两组疗效梗阻改善情况：治疗组有效率68.18%,对照组有效率40.00%;症状改善情况：治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论中药保留灌肠治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻,疗效优于常规对照组,由于价格低廉、使用方便、毒副作用小,是临床治疗消化道癌性肠梗阻的一种方法,值得广大医院临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with General Medicine on Digestive Malignancy Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intestinal obstruction clyster with traditional Chinese medicine on enteron malignancy intestinal obstruction. Method The 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the 44 patients of the one group (treatment group) were treated by the general medicine plus reserved clyster with traditional Chinese medicine, and the 40 patients of the other group (contrast group) were treated by the general medicine. The cure course were all 8 weeks. Results The conditions of obstruction were all improved in the two groups, and the validity rates of the treatment group and the contrast group were 68.18% and 40.00%, respectively. In the face of symptom improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the contrast group (P<0.01). Conclusion The treatment effect of reserved clyster with traditional Chinese medicine is better than general medicine on enteron malignancy intestinal obstruction. As cheap, easy to use, toxicity is small, the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, intestinal obstruction in a way worthy of our hospital clinic.
