| 摘 要： | 目的]了解辖区内部分食品中铅、镉、铝的污染状况,为开展食品风险评估和政府部门强化监管提供依据。方法]依据2009年北京市食品化学污染物监测方案,在辖区内主要农贸市场、超市和食品生产企业随机采取食用菌、奶及奶制品、猪肾、猪肝、藻类食品、淡水鱼、面制食品进行监测。结果]125件监测样品,12件样品检测值超出国家卫生标准限值,超标率为9.60%,问题主要表现为猪肾中的铅和紫菜、海带中的镉,其超标率分别为20%、100%和10%。结论]所监测食品中存在不同程度的污染,尤其是铅、镉等重金属,建议加强对某些重点食品中铅、镉的监测和管理。
