口腔鳞状细胞癌患者血清TSGF、SCC-Ag、CEA的表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨联合检测血清中恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF) 、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)及癌胚抗原（CEA）在口腔鳞状细胞癌诊断中的价值。方法　采集58例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者、36例口腔良性肿瘤患者及30例健康人血液,分别检测血清中TSGF、SCC-Ag和CEA含量。结果　口腔鳞状细胞癌组TSGF、SCC-Ag、CEA含量明显高于口腔良性肿瘤组和健康组(P< 0.05)。口腔鳞状细胞癌组TSGF、SCC-Ag、CEA阳性率分别为74.14%、55.17%、24.14%，联合检测阳性率为86.21%。结论　血清TSGF、SCC-Ag、CEA分别检测对口腔鳞状细胞癌的诊断有一定意义,联合检测提高口腔鳞状细胞癌的诊断率。

Expression levels and their clinical significance of serum TSGF,SCC-Ag and CEA in oral squamous cell cancer patients

Objective To explore the value of joint detection of serum tumor specific growth factor（TSGF）,squamous cell carcinoma antigen（SCC-Ag） and carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） in diagnosis of oral squamous cell cancer.Methods Serum samples from 58 patients with oral squamous cell cancer,64 patients with oral benign tumor and 30 healthy cases were collected,then the level of TSGF、SCC-Ag and CEA were determined.Results The serum levels of TSGF,SCC-Ag and CEA in oral squamous cell cancer group were significantly higher than those in oral benign tumor group and healthy group（P0.05）.The positive rates of TSGF,SCC-Ag and CEA were 74.14%、55.17%、24.14%,respectively.The positive rate of joint detection was 86.21%.Conclusions Individual detection of TSGF,SCC-Ag and CEA is significant in diagnosis of oral squamous cell cancer,and joint detection can increase diagnostic rate of oral squamous cell cancer.
