脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗高血压脑出血恢复期40例临床观察

目的观察脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗脑出血恢复期的疗效。方法对80例高血压脑出血患者随机分为两组：治疗组40例,对照组40例,两组外科治疗相同,治疗组在此基础上加用电刺激治疗。治疗结束后比较两组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分和Barthel Index指数评分。结果治疗前两组患者年龄、性别、病情等方面差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论脑电仿生电刺激治疗仪对高血压脑出血术后神经功能的恢复有显著促进作用。

Clinical observation of Biomimetic electrical stimulation on 40 cases in convalescence stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective Observed treatment effect using biomimetic electrical stimulation in the patients in convalescence stage of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups： The treatment group,40 patients,The control group,40 patients,Both received the same surgical treatment.On this basis,the treatment group plus electrical stimulation treatment.Comparing the Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel Index Index score.two groups after treatment.ResultsTwo groups of patients before treatment,there were no significant difference in age,gender,severity of the disease,etc of the patients in the two groups on admission.After treatment,the score＇s difference have statistically significant（P〈0.05）,Treatment effect in the treatment group is better than the control group.ConclusionBiomimetic electrical stimulation could significantly promote the postoperative recovery of neurological function in the patients who get hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
