幽门螺杆菌感染、服用非甾体抗炎药与消化性溃疡的关系

目的 研究消化性溃疡患者由于幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）感染或服用非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）的发生率.方法 选取湖北省武汉市武昌医院2010年3月-2012年7月诊治的152例消化性溃疡患者,将其作为治疗组,同时选取同一时间段到消化科就诊的234例非消化性溃疡患者,将其作为对照组.结果 胃溃疡组感染H.pylori的几率是对照组的2.308倍,十二指肠溃疡组是对照组的8.186倍;胃溃疡组服用NSAIDs的几率是对照组的6.072倍,十二指肠溃疡组是对照组的2.823倍;胃溃疡组同时感染H.pylori和服用NSAIDs的几率是对照组的14.972倍,十二指肠溃疡组是对照组的28.873倍.结论 H.pylori感染同时服用了NSAIDs患者增加消化性溃疡的发生危险性,两种因素同时存在可以起协同作用,增加消化性溃疡的发生几率.

Relationship of Helicobacter pylori infection and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with peptic ulcer pathogenesis

Objective To study the incidence of Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori oidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSA1Ds） in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods ） infection or application of non-ster- 152 cases of peptic ulcer patients in the Wuchang Hospital from Mar. 2010 to Jul. 2012 were collected as the treatment group, 234 cases of nongastroenterolo- gy peptic ulcer patients were as the control group. Results H. pylori infection probability of ulcer group was 2. 308 times of control group, that of the duodenal ulcer group was 8. 186 times of the control group; NSAIDs of ulcer group was 6. 072 times of the control group, that of duodenal ulcer group was 2. 823 times of the control group ; taking NSAIDs and H. pylori infection probability of gastric ulcers was 14. 972 times of the control group, that of duodenal ulcer group was 28. 873 times of the control group. Conclusion H. pylori infection while taking NSAIDs in patients increased risk of peptic ulcer, two factors coexisted can act synergistically to increase the probability of the occurrence of peptic ulcer.
