性病门诊就诊者中男男同性恋者HIV检测情况分析

目的了解性病门诊就诊者中男男同性恋者艾滋病(AIDS)感染情况。方法对在北京市性病艾滋病临床诊疗中心性病门诊就诊的14 400人检测艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体,采用金标快速检测法和酶联双抗原夹心法作初筛试验,两试验均为阳性者送北京市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证实验室,用免疫印迹法确认。结果共有149人HIV抗体阳性,占性病门诊就诊者1.03%。其中同性恋阳性者28人,在HIV抗体阳性者中占18.79%;异性传播23人,占15.44%。结论在HIV感染人群中因性行为而感染已有一定程度的增多,尤其是同性性行为感染者的比例有大幅度提高,故应加强对同性恋人群的健康宣传教育及同性性行为的干预。

Detection of HIV infection among visitors to STD clinic

Objective To analyze HIV infection in all cases receiving HIV antibody screening in our STD clinic.Methods From January 2001 to December 2005,14 400 cases were detected in the STD clinic for HIV antibody using HIV rapid testing and double antigen sandwich ELISA;the positive samples detected by these two screening tests were sent to Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and then confirmed there using Western blotting.Results A total of 149 cases were HIV-positive,accounting for 1.03% of all cases tested in the STD clinic.Of them 28 were homosexual,accounting for 18.79% among all HIV-positive cases,and 23(15.44%)were heterosexual.Conclusion HIV infection transmitted by sex continues to increase,and in particular,a higher proportion of HIV infection is found among men who have sex with men(MSM).As a result,health education and relevant behavioral interventions targeted to the MSM population group should be strengthened.
