靶向抗肿瘤药物的研究现状

随着肿瘤药理、分子药理学研究的飞速发展,靶向抗肿瘤药物的研发已成为当今抗肿瘤药物研究开发的重要方向。靶向抗肿瘤药物有独特的靶向抗肿瘤作用,在当前临床治疗中已发挥重要作用,但仍不能完全根治恶性肿瘤。继续寻找更有效的抗肿瘤药物仍然是热点。近来,研究者们已发现Telomestatin(SOT-095)、elesclomol、PI-88及其类似物等化合物,在抗肿瘤方面显示出良好的应用前景。

Advances in Targeted Anti-tumor Drugs

Along with the rapidly increased knowledges of tumor and molecular pharmacology,targeted anti-tumor drugs have become one of the most achievable fields in the development of pharmaceuticals against tumors. Targeted anti-tumor drugs possess distinctive effect of targeted anti-tumor,which have played an important role on recent clinical therapy. However,it still can not completely treat the tumor,looking for more effective antitumor drugs have become the main investigation. Recently,researchers discover some compounds which displayed satisfactory effect on tumor treatment,including Telomestatin( SOT-095) 、elesclomol、PI-88、analogue of PI-88 and so on.
