| 摘 要： | 我国研究生教育实行收费制的改革已势在必行,为了在政策上保障研究生教育收费制度的顺利进行,本文论述了制定研究生教育收费政策时应考虑社会承受能力、成本多元有限分担、国家及社会人才需要、地域校别专业差别等要素。同时,结合中国研究生教育发展现状,提出相应的配套措施。

| Abstract: | The system of tuition charge for graduate education is inevitable.To ensure the smooth implementation of this system in policies,this paper discusses the factors that should be taken into consideration in making tuition charge policy: the ability to bear the charge by the society,multiple limited share of cost,the nation's and society's need for talents,and differences in regions and specialties.The paper also offers the complete package measures for tuition charge in view of the current situation of development of graduate education. |
