Survivin和P53在大肠腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的研究p53、Survivin在大肠腺癌中的表达以及二者之间的关系,并探讨p53和Survivin在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及与大肠腺癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法选用大肠腺癌组织标本60例和癌旁正常黏膜组织40例,应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测其survivin和p53的表达,分析二者在大肠腺癌中的表达及与大肠腺癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果p53和Survivin在大肠腺癌组织中的阳性表达显著高于癌旁组织（P〈0.001）,且p53表达阳性大肠腺癌组织中survivin表达明显高于阴性组（P〈0.001）,其表达与年龄、性别、大体病理类型、浸润深度、分化程度、Dukes分期无显著性相关（P〉0.05）。结论p53的突变和Survivin过度表达在大肠腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,且survivin表达与p53表达密切相关,可能作为大肠腺癌发生、发展及预后的肿瘤标志。

Expression and clinical significance of survivin protein and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its relationship with the expression of p53 ,and to explore the relationship between the expression of p53 and survivin and carcinogenesis, development and prognosis in colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of survivin and p53 was detected in 60 cases with colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues and cancer surrounding tissues samples by SP immunohistochemical method. And the parameters were analysized. Results The positive rate of survivin and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in surrounding tissues (P<0.01).The expression of survivin and p53 in cancer tissues showed no significant relation with age,gender,pathological type,invasive depth,tumor differentiation and Dukes'stage.The Expression of survivin was significantly higher in the patients with p53 positive expression than that with p53 negative. Conclusion Mutation of p53 and expression of survivin were responsible for the forming and developing of colorectal adenocarcinoma;and the survivin expression is closely correlated with p53 expression.
