| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨下咽癌中蛋白质P6 3和MDM2的表达及其与癌增殖和分化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 (envision)法分析 33例下咽癌中P6 3和MDM2的表达。结果 :P6 3蛋白表达阳性率正常上皮为 5 5 .0 % ,癌旁组织为 93.3% ,下咽癌组织为 90 .9% ;MDM2蛋白表达阳性率正常上皮为 5 .0 % ,癌旁组织为 6 6 .6 % ,下咽癌组织为 5 1.5 % ,P6 3蛋白与MDM2蛋白表达在正常上皮、癌旁组织、下咽癌组织差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。P6 3与MDM2无显著相关性。结论 :P6 3和MDM2基因在下咽癌发生、发展中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of protein P63 and MDM2 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma and study its relation with hyperplasia and differentiation of carcinoma. Method: Using immunohistochemical method (envision),the expression of P63 and MDM2 proteins in 33 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma were analyzed.Results: Percentage of detectable of P63 expression was 55.0%,93.3%,90.9%,of MDM2 expression was 5.0%,66.6%,51.5% in normal tissues, adjacent normal tissues, hypopharyngeal carcinoma respectively. The results showed that P63 and MDM2 expression in normal tissues was significantly lower than those in adjacent normal tissues and hypopharyngeal carcinoma . A significant correlation was not found between the expression of P63 and MDM2.Conclusion:P63 and MDM2 gene play an important role in occurrence and development of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. |
