川芎嗪对围术期肝脏缺血—再灌注损伤的防治作用

摘    要:目的:探讨川芎嗪对围术期肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤(HIRI)的防治作用。方法:观察18例肝癌患者手术过程中血中GPT、SOD、GSH-PX、XO活性及MDA含量的动态变化及川芎嗪的影响。结果:川芎嗪组与对照组比较,SOD和GXH-PX活性明显增高(P〈0.05和P〈0.01),MDA含量及GPT值显著下降(均P〈0.01)。结论:川芎秦上脏围术期HIRI有明显的防护作用。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the protective effects of ligustrazin (LGT) on hepatic is-chemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI ) in patients undergoing liver surgery. METHODS: Changes of the several parameters and effects of LGT on them were observed during HIRI in 18 patients who were scheduled for selective hepatic surgery, parameters of which included glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), xanthine oxidase (XO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA). RESULTS: The group protected with LGT, as compared with control group, showed that SOD, GSH-PX activities in plasma all increased significantly and very significantly (P<0. 05 and P<0.01); while GPT, MDA values in plasma all decreased remarkably (all P<0. 01). CONCLUSION; LGT shows notable protective effects on HIRI in patients undergoing liver surgery.
