Effects of antihypertensive drugs on cerebral infarction and pharmacoeconomic analysis

AIM:To investigating utilization of antihypertensive drugs and curative effect of cerebral infarction of inpatients,analysis effects of antihypertensive drugs in curative effect of cerebral infarction for reference of improving the level of antihypertensive treatment. METHODS: Using cost-effectiveness analysis and cost-benefit analysis. RESULTS: In 9 kinds of curative , there were higher cure rate in the schemes which had used new type antihy-pertensive drug, the cost of tablet of compound antihypertension and nifedipine were 36. 5 yuan and 12.41 yuan. According to cost-effect analysis, betaloc was the best. Captopril im-proved cure rate, but the cost was more. CONCLUSION: The new type antihypertensive drugs improves cure rate of cerebral infarction than traditional antihypertensive drugs. Ac-cording to cost-effect analysis,betaloc is the best,the cost of captopril is more.
