洛美沙星注射剂治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效

目的：评价国产洛美沙星抗细菌性感染的临床疗效。方法：１２０例呼吸道、泌尿道和肠道的细菌性感染病例随机分成两组，分别用冻干粉盐酸洛美沙星和乳配环丙沙星治疗，另一开放组４３例仅用洛美水利生治疗。结果：洛美水利生随机治疗线和开放总有效率８８．３％和８３．７％，而环丙沙星治疗组为９０．０％，两组间有效率和细菌的清除率的差 匀无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：冻干粉盐酸洛沙星注射剂儿及不良反应与乳酸环丙沙

Clinical effect of pulverous lomefloxacin injection in treatment of bacterial infections

AIM : To evaluate the clinical efficacy of domestic lomefloxacin injection in treating various bacterial infection. METHODS: A randomized control study was conducted on 120 patients with respiratory, urinary and intestinal infections. They were equally divided to receieve lomefloxacin and ciprofloxacin respectively. In the other group, 43 patients with bacterial infections were only treated by lomefloxacin. The rate of clinical efficacy, and rateof bacterial elimination were observed. RESULTS: In the lomefloxacin randomized group and other group the efficacy rates were 88. 3% and 83. 7% respectively, as compared with 90. 0% in ciprofloxacin group. There were no significant statistic differences between the 2 drugs for the clinical efficacy and bacterial eradication rate. CONCLUSION: The eifficacy and safety of 2 drugs were similar.
