激素性股骨头坏死的早中期超微结构观察

摘    要:采用马血清、激素联合应用诱导股骨头坏死模型,并对其早中期变化进行超微结构及病理学观察。结果显示,马血清加激素能诱导出典型的股骨头坏死模型;电镜检查能较早反应骨坏死的真实变化;提示股骨头内营养小动脉的损害可能是骨坏死的最初原因;骨细胞的脂肪变性可能是缺血的结果。

THE EARLY- AND MIDDLE- STAGE ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION ON HORMONAL NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD
Abstract:First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM University, Guangzhou 510405 [WT6BZ]Rabbit models of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were made by combined horse-serum and glucocorticoid induction, ultrastructural and pathological observations were performed on the early- and middle- stage changes of the models. The results showed that the application of the combined horse serum and glucocorticoid could induce typical models of femoral head necrosis; electron microscopy could early reflect the true changes of the bone necrosis, suggesting that the damage of the nutrient arteriolae in the femoral head may be the primary cause for the bone necrosis, the fatty degeneration of the osteocytes may be the result of the ischemia.
