吡拉西坦对水浸-束缚应激大鼠脑内单胺类递质含量的影响

摘    要:采用离子对反相液相色谱 电化学检测法 (HPLC EC)考察吡拉西坦对水浸 束缚应激大鼠脑内单胺类递质及其代谢产物含量的影响。结果显示 :吡拉西坦 1 0 0mg/kg、2 0 0mg/kg对应激大鼠额叶、纹状体、下丘脑的去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)、5 羟色胺 (5 HT)、5 羟吲哚乙酸 (5 HI AA)、高香草酸 (HVA)均有不同程度降低作用 ,且呈一定量效关系

Abstract:In present study, the effects of piracetam on the content of monoamines transmitter and their metabolites induced by restraint water immersion in the rat brain employing ion pair revesed phase high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection were investigated. The results showed that noradrenaline (NE), dopamine (DA), homovanillic acid (HVA),5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) and 5 hydroxyindole 3 acetic acid (5 HIAA) in pallium, striatum, hypothalamus of stressed rats were decreased by piracetam ( 100 mg/kg ; 200 mg/kg )to different degrees and formed a certain relation of amount effect.
