| 摘 要： | 目的:检测宫颈癌淋巴结中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的表达,探讨HPV表达与宫颈癌的临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学(S-P法)技术检测42例子宫颈鳞癌淋巴结中HPV表达,结合患者的临床病理参数进行分析。结果:淋巴结HPV阳性与子宫颈癌临床分期和淋巴结转移有一定关系(P=0.029和P<0.05),而与发病年龄无明显关系(P=1.000)。结论:淋巴结HPV检测可作为预测子宫颈癌淋巴转移和判断预后的一项参考指标。
