摘    要:目的 分别连续7天注射等效剂量的头孢曲松(CRO)、头孢他啶(CAZ、亚胺培南(IPM)、哌拉西林(PIPC)及阿米卡星(AMK)、动态测定淋巴细胞功能变化。方法 采用气管内注入感染法建立肺炎克雷杆菌性大 为模型。观察5种抗生素在模拟临床治疗剂量脑疗程对淋巴细胞功能的影响。结果 5种抗生素对脾生发中心B细胞密度无显著影响,肺炎大鼠CD4^+细胞显著降低;IPM使CE3^+,CD4^+细胞增多,呈现

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the influence of five anfimicrobial agents on lynyrhocyte function in pneumonic rats. METHODS The male wistar rats were infected with Klebsiella Pneumoniae by the intratracheal route. Ceftriaxone(CRO), ceftazidime(CAZ), imipenem(IPM), piperacillin(PIPC) and amikacin(AMK) were adiministered in therapeutic doses intraperitoneally for 7 days and the lymphocyte functions were examined. RESULTS the B cell density in the germinal center of splenic follicles had no significant alteration in each groups; the number of CD4 T cells was significantly lower in pneumonia rats; IPM enhanced the number of CD3 T cells; CAZ and AMK decreaed the number of CD3 and CD4 T cells. CONCLUSIONS IMP could aduance the lymphocyte function. CAZ and AMK Could restrain the lymphocyte function.
