5种抗生素对肺炎大鼠淋巴细胞功能的影响

Influence of five Antimicrobial Agents on Lymphocyte Fimction in pneumonia rats

OBJECTIVE To study the influence of five anfimicrobial agents on lynyrhocyte function in pneumonic rats. METHODS The male wistar rats were infected with Klebsiella Pneumoniae by the intratracheal route. Ceftriaxone(CRO), ceftazidime(CAZ), imipenem(IPM), piperacillin(PIPC) and amikacin(AMK) were adiministered in therapeutic doses intraperitoneally for 7 days and the lymphocyte functions were examined. RESULTS the B cell density in the germinal center of splenic follicles had no significant alteration in each groups; the number of CD4 T cells was significantly lower in pneumonia rats; IPM enhanced the number of CD3 T cells; CAZ and AMK decreaed the number of CD3 and CD4 T cells. CONCLUSIONS IMP could aduance the lymphocyte function. CAZ and AMK Could restrain the lymphocyte function.
