潘托拉唑、阿莫西林和左氧氟沙星联合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察潘托拉唑，阿莫西林和左氧氟沙星三联疗法对幽门螺旋茵（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将80例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组。观察组40例，潘托拉唑40mg，每日1次，早餐前口服；阿莫西林胶囊1．0g，每日2次；左氧氟沙星0．2g，每日2次。对照组40例，奥美拉唑20mg，每日2次，早晚空腹各1次；阿莫西林1．0g，每日2次；甲硝唑0．4g，每日2次。2周为1个疗程。治疗结束后4周复查胃镜。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为85％和65％，HP根除率分别为90％和67．5％，均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论潘托拉唑，阿莫西林和左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗HP相关消化性溃疡有较好的溃疡愈合率和HP根除率。

Effect of pantoprazole,amoxicillin and Levofloxacin on peptic ulcer

Objective To study the effect of pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin and levofloxacin on treatment of helicobacter pylory positive peptic ulcer. Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The observation group was treated with 40mg pantoprazole daily before breakfast, and amoxicillin 1.0g and levofloxacin 0.2g twice a day. The control group was treated with omeprazole 20rag, amoxicillin 1.0g and metronidazole 0. 4g twice a day. The treatment course was 2 weeks. 4 weeks after treatment, the patients were reexamined with endoscopy. Results The rates of effectiveness of observation group and control group were 85 % and 65%, and the eradication rates of HP were 90% and 67.5%, respectively, which were significantly different from each other. Conclusion prazole combined with amoxicillin It is effective for eradicating helicobaeter pylory and curing peptic ulcer with panto prazole combined with amoxicillin and levofloxacin.
