我国政府对国有医院管理的委托代理结构分析

委托代理关系广泛存在于一切组织和一切合作性活动中，存在于组织的每一个管理层级上。合理的产权安排有利于对代理者的激励和约束，实现委托者的目标。近年来在我国国有医院经营效率下降的情况下，通过产权制度改革理顺委托代理关系具有重要的意义。本文通过分析现有国有医院管理委托代理关系中存在的问题，提出一种新型的委托代理关系，实现对国有医院经营者有效的管理和监督，促进国家卫生目标的实现。

Analysis on the format of principal- agent between the nation and the public hospitals

The format of principal-agent widely exists in every organization and cooperative action,also at each level of management.The sound arrangement of property-right is the priority to improve and restrict the agents,and reach the clients'goals.It is important to make a rational principal-agent format through the reform of property-right system under the low efficiency of public hospitals in China.This paper will refer to a new format of principal-agent by analyzing the problems in public hospitals' management structure to help gonverment supervise the operators of public hospitals and achieve the national health goal.
