绝经前双侧卵巢切除对血浆脂蛋白的影响

14例育龄期妇女双侧卵巢切除组(O组),14例同龄组健康妇女(N组),测定其血清促性腺激素(FSH,LH)与性激素(E_2,T)及各种脂蛋白-胆固醇和ApoB。实验结果显示:O组血清FSH,LH明显高于N组,E_2降低,T无明显改变。血清T-c,IDL-c和ApoB O组明显高于N组。虽HDL-c无明显改变,但HDL_2-c明显下降。其结果使HDL-c/T-c,HDL-c/LDL-c及HDL_2-c/HDL_3-c比值明显降低,这可能是双侧卵巢切除后导致冠心病发病率升高的因素之一。

THE EFFECT OF BILITERAL OOPHORECTOMY ON SERUM LIPROTEINS IN PREMENOPAUSAL WOMEN

Two groups of prmenopausal women: 1, 14 cases of bili-teral oophorectomy (O group), and 2, 14 normal cases with the sameage (N group), were studied for the serum level of FSH, LH, E_2, T,lipoproteincholesterols, HDL subfraction, and Apo B. For the O group,the average operative period is 4.2 years. None of them is smoker ordrinker, nor familia hyperlipidemia. The results are as follows: 1. serumlevels of FSH, LH in O grup are significantly higher than that of Ngroup, whereas E_2 is just in the contrary. The Level of T has no obviousdifference in both groups. 2. serum T-c, LDL-c, and Apo B of Ogroup are elevated while HDL-2-c is decreased. As a consequence, eventhough the HDL-c has no more change in both groups, the ratio ofHDL-c/T-c, HDL-c/LDL-c, and HDL_2-c/HDL_3-c are lowered significant-ly. The results indicate that the difficiency of E_2 for a long periods oftime may be an important factor of hyperlipidemia in premenopausalwomen. It is suggested that f or the pretection oJ such a complication(CHDand others), estrogen replacement must be investigated further.
