岩舒注射液结合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的：观察岩舒注射液联合GP（吉西他宾＋顺铂）化疗方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将84例患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组（44例）和对照组（40例）。治疗组采用GP方案化疗，同时加用岩舒注射液，21天为一周期，连用两周期后评价疗效；对照组仅采用GP方案化疗。观察近期疗效、生活质量变化、毒副反应及免疫功能变化等情况。结果：治疗组与对照组近期总缓解率分别为治疗组40．9％，对照组37．5％，两组比较P〉0．05；治疗组生存质量明显改善，卡氏（KPS）评分提高，改善率达63．6％，对照组为30．0％，P〈0．01；化疗毒副作用比较，恶心、呕吐、腹泻等消化道反应及脱发两组比较，无统计学差异（P〉0．05），白细胞下降两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：岩舒注射液联合GP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌虽不能明显提高近期疗效，但能明显提高KPS评分、减少血液学毒性、提高患者对化疗的耐受能力、改善患者生存质量。

Clinical Observation of Yan-shu Injection and GP Chemotherapy on Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in Advanced Stage

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yan-shu injection and GP （gemcitabine and cisplatin） chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer in intermediate-advanced stage. Method： 84 cases were divided into treatment group （ including 44 cases） and control group （ including 40 cases） randomly according to number table. The cases in treatment group were treated by GP chemotherapy combined with Yan-shu injection. The treatment course included 21 days. After two treatment courses curative effect was evaluated. Once a two-cycle was completed, the efficacy was evaluated. The cases in control group were treated by GP chemotherapy. Observe the short-term efficacy, changes in quality of life, toxic and adverse side effects and immune function. Result： The recent total remission rate in treatment group was 40.9%, that in control group was 37.5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Quality of life in treatment group was improved markedly, KPS score enhanced and improvement rate was 63.6% in treatment group and 30.0% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. But there was no significant difference on toxic and adverse side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and calvities, while the comparison of leukopenia between the two groups showed statistically significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yan-shu injection combined with GP chemotherapy can increase KPS score, reduce hematological noxious property, enhance tolerance to chemotherapy, and improve quality of life. But it can not significantly improve the short-term effect in non-small cell lung cancer in advanced stage
