| 摘 要： | 目的 了解脑损伤并发急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的病因 ,发生规律 ,诊断及加强对肾功能的保护与治疗。方法 回顾性地分析78例重症颅脑损伤病人并发ARF。结果 本组治愈 2 7例、死亡 51例、死亡率 65 .4%。结论 重症急性脑损伤GCS评分越低并发ARF死亡率越高 ,迅速有效地降低颅内压 ,早期应用肾血管扩张药综合治疗 ,是ARF抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the etiological factor, regularity and diagnosis of the brain injury complicated with acute renal failure (ARF), so as to protect the renal function and treat the renal failure. Methods 78 cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with acute renal failure were analyzed retrospectively. Results 27 patients were cured and 51 patients died. The mortality was 65.4%. Conclusions The lower Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score patients with brain injury had, the higher mortality rate of the acute renal failure were. The keys of treatment on acute renal failure were decreasing intracranial pressure quickly and effectually, and using renal vasodilatation medicine early. |
