摘    要:目的]探讨丝素蛋白和纳米晶羟基磷灰石胶原/骨体外生物相容性,为组织工程寻找理想的载体材料。方法]体外培养兔骨髓间充质干细胞分别于丝素蛋白和纳米晶羟基磷灰石胶原/骨体外复合培养,应用扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜,四唑盐比色试验(MTT法),观察材料上复合培养的细胞的生物学特性。结果]兔骨髓间充质干细胞可以在丝素蛋白和纳米晶羟基磷灰石胶原/骨良好的黏附、增殖和生长。两种材料相比较其相容性没有明显的差异。结论]丝素蛋白和纳米晶羟基磷灰石胶原/骨均具有良好的生物相容性,可以作为组织工程理想的载体材料。

Abstract:Objective]To explore the biocompability of silk fibroin(SF) or non-hydroxyapatite/collagen(NH/C) with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs) in order to find out a better scaffold material.Method]The third generation BMMSCs of rabbit were cultured on SF or NH/C and the biological characteristics of the cells were examined using scanning electronmicroscope,laser scan confocal microscope and MTT test.Result] The BMMSCs of rabbit grew and proliferated well on both SF and NH/C at 4-8 days cultures.There was no significant defference between the biocompability of BMMSCs on SF and on NH/C(P>0.05).Conclusion]Both SF and NH/C have good biocompability with BMMSCs and could be used as an ideal scaffold material in tissue engineering.
