| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤显微外科治疗的方法和效果。方法对1994年1月至2002年12月显微手术治疗的68例椎管内神经鞘瘤进行回顾性分析。结果68例患者中发现肿瘤73个,手术切除69个。症状消失或显著改善者62例,占91.2%,部分改善4例,占5.9%,无改善或症状加重2例,占2.9%,无死亡病例。术后随访6月～5年,未发现任何并发症。结论术前进行MR检查,术中根据多个体表标志反复核对后放置标记物进行X线准确定位,微侵袭显微手术治疗椎管内神经鞘瘤能获得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the methods and results o f microsurgical treatment of intraspinal neurinomas.Methods A retrospective analysis had been ma de of 68patients with intraspinal neurinomas operated on from January 1994to December 2002.Results There were 73cases of 68patients,69cases of intraspinal neurinomas were treated by microsurgical operated.Clinical symptoms disappeared in 62patients(91.2%),partially relieved in 4patients(5.9%),deterioratted in 2patients(3.9%).No patient died.Postoperative following -up from 6months to 5years dis covered no complications.Con-clusion With ascertaining the precise opera tive location according to several b ody -superface marker,introoperative X -ray scan films,and pre -operatively MRI ,minimally invasive microsurgery o f intraspinal neurinomas can gain sa tisfactory outcome.[ |
