长三角经济功能区能性转换与空间结构演化

长三角16个城市之间呈现出明显的均质性趋势,但江苏北部地区与长三角第二﹑三等级经济功能区的发展差距是拉大的,即极化趋势,而浙南的多数城市与长三角的发展差距在缩小,因此长江三角洲现在的空间结构不是＂长三角（两省一市）—长三角周边地区＂,而是＂三大经济功能区（长三角）＋浙南—周边地区（包括苏北地区）＂,并且未来的空间结构演化不会以行政区划为发展方向,长三角周边安徽﹑江西部分要素禀赋优越的地区有望比苏北更早融入长江三角洲区域经济一体化中来。
